Christmas Tree Farm
Our Christmas Tree plantation covers 10 acres. We are a “Choose & Cut “ farm, that is you choose your Christmas Tree from the plantation & we cut it for you, so you know it is fresh. Our trees range in height for 1-5 metres (5 feet) to 3 metres (10 feet) and are always bushy & well shaped.
Tree harvesting usually starts the 3rd week in November and finishes on December 24 at 4-00pm. Fresh cut Christmas trees will last easily 6 weeks, so pick up a leaflet from the farm on how to look after your tree. During tree harvesting time we run two tractors pulling trolleys around the plantation. This is to take customers down to the harvest area and to bring their trees back to the car park, a real novelty for the kids. Also available from the Christmas Tree Farm are Christmas Tree stands in varying sizes & you can also have your tree “netted” for easier handling.
Christmas Trees are also available in pots in varying sizes
The Mornington Peninsula is not only a good climate for wine production but is also considered one of the best places to grow premium Christmas Trees.
